Job description

Mancan has partnered with a predominant farm equipment retailer in the Monroe County and is seeking a skilled Farm Machinery Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues, as well as performing general maintenance on agricultural and industrial equipment. Schedule is MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM. The Pay Rate is $17 - $25 per hour (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in farm machinery and industrial equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on braking systems, drive trains, and electrical components.
- Utilize computer-based diagnostic systems to assess and resolve equipment issues.
- Inspect and test equipment for proper performance and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.
- Provide efficient and timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete repair tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in farm machinery or industrial equipment repair preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Skills:
