What are some common challenges Temporary Farm Hands face during peak seasons?

Temporary Farm Hands often experience increased workloads and longer hours during peak planting or harvest seasons. Adapting to variable weather conditions and learning to operate unfamiliar equipment quickly can also be challenging.
