Summary of Position: Assist the Athletics Department on the administration and supervision of the Athletics Department's external operations with primary focus on revenue generation, annual giving and special event fundraising, brand identity, alumni relations, and partnership development with on and off-campus parties.
The selected candidate for this position must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire without employer assistance or sponsorship now or in the future. The university will not assist with any F1 EAD's, OPT, H1B, etc

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: Preferred - Master's Degree in a related field
*Work experience with an emphasis in revenue generation, general business operations, fundraising, sponsorship activation, and or sport administration.
*Knowledge of NCAA rules
*Experience working with the Alumni/Donor database Abila Millennium system
*Experience working with event and fundraising software platform MobilCause
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: * Assist with the Athletics Department's comprehensive marketing efforts, including game day promotions and activation, development of general and sport-specific promotional plans, resulting in enhanced revenue generation and the promotion of awareness.
* Oversight of the Athletics Department's Bulldog Athletic Association (BAA) and the implementation of strategies to grow the athletics' annual giving program.
* Member of the Athletics Department's External Operations Committee that consists of Athletics Communications, Game Operations, Ticketing, Marketing, and other department members
* Fan Engagement and Championship Celebration efforts
*Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with Athletics Communications and University Advancement and Marketing that engage with fans, alumni, and donors to enhance the Bulldog brand and increase revenue and gifts.
*Serve as Athletics Department liaison on various committees (Homecoming, Town and Gown, Hall of Fame, etc.) and other committees as assigned.
* Serve as an active team member in the development and implementation of University Advancement goals
* Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of designated information.
* Performs all duties in compliance with applicable University policies and procedures, the NCAA, state, and federal requirements.
* Supervise all external operations, student employees, and interns as assigned.
* Oversight of ticket sales strategy; ticket packages, group tickets, and premium seating.
* Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
* Oversight of Brutus' Kids Club; members and experiences
* Oversees member benefits program for all booster club members, including but not limited to donor experiences, priority seating, and parking.
*Support and work with coaches and their staff to coordinate fundraising efforts, plans, and initiatives for their respective sports and annual giving.
* Will help coordinate and execute all athletic golf outings
* Help coordinate with the Alumni Office when Athletic Alumni events are being held
* Assist the Exec Director of Alumni Relations with any events involving athletics.
* Directly involved with solicitation of membership for booster clubs; mailings, emails, online pages
* Handle all special events: Tip-Off dinners, Golf outings, alumni gatherings
* Operates a university or personal vehicle safely while carrying out job responsibilities. Will authorize, pursuant to university policies and procedures, a driving record check, and will meet the driving authorization requirements through the course of employment in a position where you are authorized to drive a vehicle as part of our duties.
* Carries out responsibilities in accordance with university policies and applicable laws.
* Cultivates an environment of belonging that values, respects, supports, and celebrates individual similarities and differences, allowing students, faculty, and staff to thrive authentically.
* Support, promote, and develop university student enrollment and retention initiatives.
* Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.
