Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and provide general office support.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role.
  • Strong calendar management, communication, and organizational skills.
