Summary:
The Temporary Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO. This role is responsible for calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, Board support, presentation refinement, and day-to-day executive assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and excellent judgment.

Essential Function:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate Board and committee meeting scheduling, materials distribution, and follow-up as needed
  • Refine, format, and prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive communications
  • Draft, edit, and organize correspondence, memos, and other materials for the CEO
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-through on CEO and Board-related priorities
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure materials are prepared and distributed in a timely manner
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
  • Support special administrative and project-based tasks for the CEO office as needed
  • Procure and maintain adequate levels of office supplies and breakroom provisions, ensuring a well-stocked and functional work environment
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; preference for someone who has supported a CEO or other C-suite level
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong presentation formatting and document preparation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through on commitments
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Experience supporting Board meetings or executive leadership teams
  • Experience in a public company or similarly structured environment preferred
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes or public company operations preferred
