Location: Austin, TX 78732
Pay Rate: Depend on Experience
Our client is an Austin-based specialty equipment finance company that provides a one-stop solution for capital equipment financing, offering flexible funding through a diverse network of lenders to serve businesses with both traditional and nontraditional credit profiles.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for executives.
-Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
-Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Property management support for CEO: vendor coordination, scheduling maintenance, tracking invoices, etc.
-An element of personal assisting will be critical to do well in this role.
