Job description

A private equity firm based in Arlington has partnered with The Ford Agency to find a top notch, temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO and to keep the office running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional EA looking to support a collaborative leadership team. This position will run till the end of the year and is available immediately. It is fully remote with the exception of July.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage executive's calendar, correspondences, and expense reporting/reconciliations
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements
• Collaborate with vendors, internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and plan events
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of executive assistant experience preferably on The Hill
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• High level of confidentiality and discretion

Compensation:
• $25 hourly DOE

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
