Our client is seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and service-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. This role requires flexibility, strong judgment, and a willingness to support evening and weekend events as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and event planning.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, presentations, board engagements, donor interactions, and special initiatives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing matters requiring executive attention.
  • Support fundraising-related activities and events, including coordinating logistics and executive participation.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Coordinate hybrid and in-person meetings, ensuring all technology and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
