Job description

Role Overview

This position will serve as a key support role for hospitality, private experiences, and event coordination. The individual will act as a professional first point of contact for members, guests, and referral sources via phone and email while supporting both administrative and event execution responsibilities.


Schedule

โ€ข Regular schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

โ€ข Must be flexible and available to work:

o Weekends

o Event schedules as needed


Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Guest Support

  • Manage calls, emails, scheduling, and guest inquiries
  • Maintain records, perform data entry, and support reporting

Event Support

  • Assist with planning, setup, execution, and follow-up of winery events
  • Support food & beverage service, tastings, and event presentation
  • Grow into independently managing events

Hospitality

  • Host winery tours and deliver exceptional guest experiences

Systems

  • Use Shopify, EZ Reservations, and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Adapt quickly to new systems during transition
