Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Lead end-to-end video production across Fashion & Luxury Group, from concept through distribution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, OTT, and on-site platforms
Pitch and develop original video franchises in collaboration with editorial teams, identifying stories that translate into compelling, platform-native content
Translate brand editorial vision into high-performing video, balancing creative storytelling with platform strategy and audience engagement
Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production execution
Manage freelance talent and crews in partnership with production management, ensuring projects are staffed effectively
Guide post-production by providing clear, actionable feedback on edits, graphics, and overall storytelling
Implement and uphold video best practices, performance standards, and visual style guidelines
Supervise and mentor production teams, including producers, editors, cinematographers, and production assistants
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
5+ years of experience producing video content, preferably within digital media environments
Strong background in fashion and luxury content, with an understanding of brand voice and audience expectations
Proven ability to create engaging, internet-forward short- and long-form video content
Creative thinker with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and emerging formats
Deep knowledge of the digital video landscape, including trends, platforms, and competitive content
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools is a plus
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

The base salary for this role is between $82/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.ย

  • 5-7 years of experience producing video (a background in digital media is crucial).
  • Experience in the Fashion and Luxury space (prior work with Magazines a plus)ย 
  • Demonstrated ability to produce internet-forward/highly engaging short and long-form video.
  • Creative thinker and innovator with a keen eye for engaging visual storytelling.
  • Obsessive knowledge of what's happening in the digital video and multimedia space and keen understanding of the competition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite products a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Pitch ideas and create new video franchises across content verticals (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), working with the editorial team to identify opportunities that will translate into compelling video storytelling
  • Work closely with the brand teams to translate the editorial vision into video, while keeping video mandates and strategy at top of mind
  • Produce video content from conception through distribution (including curating pre-production documents, directing on set, working through post and working closely with social teams for distribution)
  • Book/hire freelancers as needed for various projects with PM
  • Manage post-production (give notes and feedback on various edits, GFX, etc.)
  • Implement best practices and style guides to ensure maximum performance
  • Oversee cinematographers, editors, producers, production assistants etc when necessary
