Job description

Salary Range $131,000 - $172,000*

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Partner closely with the AVP of Editorial Copy to develop innovative editorial concepts, franchise ideas, and storytelling formats that reinforce each brandโ€™s authority in luxury fashion and culture.
  • Oversee content development from concept through final execution across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Ensure all content reflects the distinct voice, positioning, and brand vision of each store while maintaining consistency and editorial excellence.
  • Guide and mentor copy development, providing clear creative direction and editorial oversight across projects and teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, marketing, growth teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury consumer, emerging trends, and the evolving fashion and cultural landscape.
  • Balance high-level strategic thinking with handsโ€‘on creative execution in a fastโ€‘paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • New York-based Bachelorโ€™s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of editorial, copywriting, content strategy, or brand storytelling experience within fashion, luxury, media, or retail.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a refined sensibility.
  • Deep understanding of the fashion landscape, cultural trends, and the luxury consumer.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-platform content strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance creative storytelling and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects from concept through execution in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working crossโ€‘functionally across creative, marketing, social, design, and merchandising teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutionsโ€‘oriented mindset.
