The Senior Manager, Central Services is responsible for managing and optimizing all procurement spend for Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV). This role leads strategic sourcing, spend analytics, supplier negotiations, and procurement process enablement across resort operations. Spend scope includes SKU-based goods, Food & Beverage (F&B), Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E), and service agreements. The role also provides direct support to the Mexico purchasing team, including Spanish-language training and system enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Spend Management
  • Own and manage enterprise-wide procurement spend across SKUs, F&B, OS&E, and operational service agreements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed spend analytics; identify trends, risks, and cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Build and maintain category strategies aligned with operational needs and financial objectives.
  • Partner with resort operations, finance, and leadership to align sourcing strategies with business priorities.

Savings & Value Creation
  • Identify, quantify, and execute savings opportunities through strategic sourcing, standardization, and demand management.
  • Lead vendor negotiations; including pricing, terms, service levels, and contract structures.
  • Track realized and forecasted savings, report outcomes to senior leadership.

Supplier & Contract Management
  • Lead supplier selection, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee service agreements supporting resort operations; ensure compliance, value delivery, risk mitigation.
  • Support contract lifecycle management processes within Agiloft.

Systems, Tools & Enablement
  • Lead procurement process enablement using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365); including training tools and best practices.
  • Provide Agiloft contract management system training, including Spanish-language training for Mexico purchasing teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve adoption, governance, and data quality across procurement platforms.

Mexico Operations Support
  • Serve as a key procurement partner to the Mexico purchasing team.
  • Provide Spanish-language training, documentation, and direct system support.
  • Ensure sourcing strategies and supplier agreements align with local operational, regulatory, and cultural requirements.

Leadership & Governance
  • Establish and enforce procurement policies, controls, and governance standards.
  • Mentor and develop procurement team members as applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, tools, and supplier engagement models.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; master's preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-category spends in an operations-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of delivering measurable savings.
  • Experience with procurement systems; including D365 and contract lifecycle management platforms (ex: Agiloft)
  • Fluency in Spanish sufficient to conduct training and business discussions.
  • Hospitality, resort, or multi-site operations environment
  • Cross-border or international procurement experience; particularly Mexico
  • Change management and system adoption leadership.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical capability
