Lease Administration Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $35-$50/hour

Robert Half is partnering with a global leader in aircraft leasing, to identify a detail-oriented professional to support the Lease Administration team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with legal documentation, insurance records, lease administration, and data management. The Lease Administration Coordinator will support critical lease-related processes, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain aircraft lease documentation and related records.
- Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of audit letters.
- Follow up with technical representatives and lessees to obtain required aircraft certificates and supporting documentation.
- Review certificates of insurance and lease-related documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Monitor monthly tracking spreadsheets and proactively identify missing or outstanding information.
- Send correspondence and follow-up communications regarding documentation requirements and outstanding items.
- Process and track MR Fund balance requests.
- Perform secondary quality reviews within Leasepoint to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain databases, records, and reports in accordance with established procedures.
- Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and related legal documentation.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, certificates of insurance, financial reports, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and missing information.
- Understanding of workflow procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to apply basic arithmetic concepts, including fractions, ratios, and proportions, to business scenarios.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Acrobat, and other business systems.
- Experience in lease administration, contract administration, legal support, insurance review, aviation, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
