These jobs are common in industries like hospitality, retail, events, administration, and construction, especially during peak seasons or for special projects. Temporary positions offer flexibility for both employers and employees, allowing workers to gain experience in different fields and companies to fill workforce gaps quickly. They are often filled through recruitment agencies or online job portals. Working in a temporary role can sometimes lead to permanent employment if the employer is impressed with the employee's performance.
