What You'll Do
Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Scanning & Records Clerk for a long-term temporary opportunity in Sarasota, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in document management, data entry, administrative support, or office operations.
In this position, you will help convert physical records into organized electronic files as part of a large-scale document digitization project. Daily responsibilities include preparing documents for scanning, removing staples and paper clips, operating scanning equipment, uploading and organizing electronic files, indexing records, and verifying document accuracy and readability.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment with strict deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience with document scanning, records management, data entry, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Excel
