We are the world's largest operator of holiday pop-up stores, operating hundreds of locations in malls, outlets, shopping centers, and lifestyle centers across the United States.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a SEASONAL Photo Review Coordinator to join our team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Leader and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily interaction with members of the retail administrative departments.
This role is 100% in office.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys working in a enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor are a must.
Position Overview
The Seasonal Photo Review Coordinator will ensure that all stores regularly submit photographs of their locations. This position will review submitted photos to ensure that store layouts, signage, merchandising, and overall appearance meet company standards.
The coordinator will also review photos of back-office and storage areas to ensure they are organized, clean and maintained according to company expectations.
Essential Functions
  • Work with teams on various projects and daily tasks
  • Review photographs submitted by open stores on a routine basis.
  • Provide thorough and detailed feedback to stores based on photo reviews.
  • Answer phone calls from store operators and assist with questions regarding photo reviews.
  • Communicate directly with store managers and operators to help improve and maintain store appearance at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and follow up with stores as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of photo reviews, feedback, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications / Basic Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and data management required. Training will be provided on company-specific systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Highly motivated and reliable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgement, and high level of integrity
