Would you like to be part of the team that helps protect the magic at The Walt Disney Company? At Disney, we are storytellers. We make the impossible possible by pushing the envelope to bring stories to life through our movies, products, theme parks & resorts, and media networks.

As a Global Security Control Center (GSCC) Dispatcher, you share the responsibility for communicating and executing strategies regarding the safety, security, and protection of all Disney personnel, business operations, assets, and our brands. You will also need to calmly relay information in a crisis event to ensure effective communication and coordinate the right resources in place to mitigate any impact to the Company.

About Your Future Team:

The GSCC is responsible for supporting emergency and non-emergency events, researching global affairs, call mitigation, event dispatching, and 24/7 event-driven notification services. During emergencies, the GSCC directs and coordinates support by aiding essential operational services, notification warnings of potential risks, distribution of employee information, and serving as the main communication intake point for Global Security.

Are you ready to help protect the magic? If so, we invite you to discover why a career with Disney is the opportunity you have been looking for!

Every day as a Dispatcher is unique! Depending on your shift, you might:

  • Flexibility is important to us, and we would need you to be available to work on a rotating or on-call schedule including weekends, holidays and/or third shift (Potential shifts: 6AM-2:30PM, 2PM-10:30PM, or 10PM - 6:30AM).
