Job description

Natural Retreats is hiring Shuttle Chauffeurs to join our Big Sky, MT team! We are looking for Chauffeurs with late night/early morning availability  8 PM - 8 AM. 
Our amazing team of Chauffeurs provides safe, reliable transportation to and from Bozeman Airport, Big Sky, and West Yellowstone, in a professional and enjoyable manner. Shuttle Chauffeurs are required to multitask. They must operate a full-sized suburban or Transit van while listening to and engaging with our guests. Chauffeurs are responsible for the safety and guidance of our guests, who come from all ages and walks of life, enroute to Big Sky and/or Bozeman Airport.
Vehicle and route training is paid. Opportunities for advancement may become available to qualified candidates. This role can be either part -time or full time. 

COMPENSATION:  $19.00 / hour + gratuities
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timely and consistent availability
  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Operate vehicle safely on an assigned route, picking up and dropping off authorized guests only
  • Obey all local, state, and federal traffic laws
  • Ensure safety of guests in and out of the vehicle
  • Continually listen to guests, and provide information to the best of your knowledge
  • Clean and help maintain vehicles before and after each use
  • Report on any incidents with the vehicle or passengers to the proper manager or authorities
  • Communicate with office staff and management on any guest requests
  • Monitor incoming flights to BZN to ensure a timely arrival

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

REQUIRED

  • Must complete Department of Transportation physical exam prior to employment including a drug screen to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate, at no cost to you
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
  • Valid and current state driver's license
  • Clean driving record, with at least 3 years of driving experience
  • Reside in the local area (Bozeman/Big Sky)
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a 'can-do attitude'
  • Flexible to changing with guests' needs
  • Strong ethical conduct
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Big Sky, Bozeman, and surrounding areas
  • Availability to work on holidays, weekends, early mornings, and/or late-night shifts.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to operate a car or van
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk and lift up to 50lbs throughout the day
  • Ability to endure exposure to extreme weather conditions including: wintry weather, icy road conditions, and high wind speeds
  • Ability to perform and demonstrate emergency evacuation procedures
