Budget Car & Truck Rental is hiring a Full-Time Rental Sales Agent in Omaha at the Airport. If you have experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail and enjoy building relationships with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a company that recognizes performance.
As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll help customers find the right rental solutions, provide exceptional service from start to finish, and confidently recommend products and services that enhance their travel experience. We'll provide comprehensive training so you have the tools to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Schedule
  • Sunday-Thursday
  • 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Open and close rental agreements while delivering personalized, high-quality customer service
  • Clearly answer customer questions regarding charges, vehicle condition, directions, and other concerns
  • Recommend optional products including protection coverage, GPS, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades
  • Occasionally shuttle vehicles to and from nearby locations
  • Perform office duties including answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Support teammates by assisting other rental agents or nearby locations as needed
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
