Job description

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Bedford, MA to hire Assemblers on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a clean, professional manufacturing environment with excellent training and long-term career potential.
Candidates must have a background in assembly and comfortable with re-work, inspections, hand tools.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $24.00/hour
Location: Bedford, MA
Job Duties:

  • Assemble, disassemble, and complete production process steps following work instructions and assembly drawings

  • Meet established quality and productivity standards

  • Route finished products to designated locations

  • Process inventory transactions and perform routine cycle counts

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions and all safety procedures

  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Basic computer skills are a plus

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
