DATA ENTRY / ACCOUNTING TEMP (SAGE INTACCT EXPERIENCE)
Location: Upper West Side, New York, NY 10023
Industry: Construction
Pay Rate: $25-$35/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | 100% Onsite
Duration: Approximately 6-8 weeks
Start: ASAP

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Accounting Data Entry professional to support a busy construction accounting team during a high-volume period. The company recently migrated to Sage Intacct and needs additional support entering invoices and helping the team catch up on outstanding accounting data.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, accurate, comfortable with repetitive data entry, and experienced with Sage Intacct.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter invoices accurately into Sage Intacct
  • Review invoices for completeness and accuracy before entry
  • Assist the accounting team with catching up on outstanding invoice data
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate as needed
  • Support the accounting team with additional data entry and administrative tasks
  • Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Qualifications
  • Prior Sage Intacct experience required
  • Accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with high volumes of invoices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and comfortable working 100% onsite
  • Construction industry experience is a plus

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with Sage Intacct and immediately help the accounting team work through a backlog of invoices. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented temporary assignment so we're looking for someone with Sage Intacct experience, accuracy, and availability to start ASAP.
