Job description

Select Interiors, LLC is searching for a full-time experienced, Construction Accountant for multi-family construction projects. Candidates who possess the required skills will be evaluated immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Assist in project billing cycles.
  • Work heavily in Excel
  • Stay updated on changes in projects and work with project managers/ vendors.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years in Construction Accounting, with a general contracting
  • background preferred. AIA Document knowledge and loan draw processing background is a must
  • Proven experience in construction accounting or project accounting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Familiar with Textura, GCPay, AIA forms a plus
