Jr. Accountant - Construction

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to join our construction finance team. This entry-level position supports accounting operations by managing project costs, processing invoices, and assisting with financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording and reconciling construction project costs and expenses
- Process vendor invoices and subcontractor payments accurately and on time
- Support month-end close activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness
- Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and cost variances
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review
