Key Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally
- Manage incoming mail and assist with document organization and filing
- Perform data entry and typing on a daily basis
- Schedule hearings and coordinate with court reporters and external stakeholders
- Respond to general inquiries from the public and internal staff
- Support office operations using standard office equipment (computer, scanner, copier, etc.)
Qualifications- 2-4 years of administrative or legal support experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Work Environment- 100% onsite role (not remote eligible)
