Job description

Job Title: Graphic Designer (Digital & Print)
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our fast-moving creative team. You will be the engine behind our visual content, responsible for producing, refining, and preparing the assets that bring our brand to life across digital, social, and in-store channels.
This is a highly hands-on role for a designer who enjoys the technical side of the craft as much as the creative. You will work within established brand guidelines to execute high-volume campaigns, ensuring that every asset-whether it's a web banner, social ad, or signage-is pixel-perfect, on-brand, and delivered with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production
โ€ข Digital Marketing Assets: Design and resize graphics for high-impact digital campaigns, including emails, web banners, and paid social media assets.
โ€ข In-Store & Print Production: Develop visual signage and store materials that maintain brand consistency across all physical touchpoints.
โ€ข Production-Ready Delivery: Manage the end-to-end production process. Ensure all files are perfectly formatted, professionally labeled, and optimized for both digital and print output.
โ€ข Photo & Asset Optimization: Assist with product imagery, including cropping, color correction, and image optimization to ensure product visuals look their best across all channels.
Creative Collaboration
โ€ข Campaign Execution: Work under the guidance of senior creative leads to build out seasonal campaign assets that ensure cohesive storytelling across multiple platforms.
โ€ข Feedback Integration: Apply creative direction and feedback to refine designs quickly and cleanly, maintaining a "high-output, high-quality" mindset.
โ€ข Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized file system. Keep creative assets structured, named correctly, and stored in shared repositories for easy cross-team access.
โ€ข Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to ensure designs meet specific project requirements and strict deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
โ€ข Experience Baseline: Minimum of two (2) to six (6) years of professional experience in digital and print design.
โ€ข Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
โ€ข Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of typography, grid-based layouts, and color theory.
โ€ข Production Discipline: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail or high-volume creative environment.
โ€ข Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing clean, versatile design work is required.
Preferred Attributes
โ€ข Ability to design within existing brand guidelines while finding opportunities to inject fresh creative energy.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail, especially regarding file organization, naming conventions, and print-ready specs.
โ€ข A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and grow from creative feedback.
