Position Summary

Seeking a hands-on Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate product failures and field issues for electromechanical medical devices. The role focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to improve product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate product failures and field issues.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support CAPA activities and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Failure Analysis, Reliability, Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong electromechanical troubleshooting and RCA skills.
