Temporary Agent Results Advocate
This opportunity is a temporary W2 role that will be contracted through a 3rd party vendor, Cypress.
Department: Delivery Operations (Healthcare Client)
Estimated Hours Per Week: 40
Tentative Schedule Needed: Monday - Friday, 9-5 EST. No Weekends
Target Start Date: 5/26/2026
Contract End Date: TBD - 2-3 months
Position Overview:
Basic Responsibilities:
The seasonal ARAs will provide real-time chat support to agents for claim processing, override, and authorization questions prior to submission in the client's system. Each claim review averages 5-15 minutes, depending on complexity.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years customer service experience required, call center experience preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast pasted environment
  • Sound decision making and experience navigating decisions quickly in real-time

Minimum Technical Requirements:
  • Personal computer or laptop (no tablets or Chromebooks)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Webcam and microphone for virtual meetings
  • Secure, distraction-free workspace
