Position Overview
BPG Real Estate Services, LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Human Resources Administrator to join its HR team in Wilmington, Delaware. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and previous experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
BPG supports approximately 550 employees across commercial real estate, property management, development, and hospitality operations. The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR team to assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and other administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare new-hire paperwork
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
  • Enter and update employee information within HR systems
  • Respond to general employee questions and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member
  • Assist with employment verifications, reports, and other HR documentation
  • Support benefits, payroll, and employee-status changes as needed
  • Help coordinate employee communications, meetings, and HR initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
