Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive calendar management, meticulously handling scheduling, resolving conflicts, and aligning commitments with leaders' priorities.
  • Facilitate potential travel arrangements and process expense reports for leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative and business management peers to establish priorities and ensure thorough preparation for all engagements.
  • Partner with various teams across the organization to maintain a smooth and efficient operational model.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support large-scale events, including all-hands meetings, morale-building activities, and other group gatherings.
  • Manage space allocations and facilitate team moves to optimize working environments.
  • Oversee the ownership and management of distribution and security groups.
  • Generate various reports, such as headcount reports, as needed to support team operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Handle purchasing of equipment, services, and supplies, and process invoices.
