Unlike many sales roles, this opportunity offers high, guaranteed starting compensation, a consistent paycheck every two weeks, and a clear path to meaningful income growth in a short time. As you reach benchmarks and continue developing in the role, your compensation increases regularly (every 6 months). Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000.

What You’ll Do
- Sell booth space to businesses for our nationally recognized Bridal & Wedding Expos and Home Shows
- Maintain strong activity levels through outbound calling and lead follow-up
- Manage prospects through the sales process, overcome objections, and close new business
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
- Stay organized, follow proven processes, and maintain strong daily production
- Work toward performance benchmarks tied to income growth

Preferred Background
- Inside sales or phone sales experience in a B2B industry
- Experience managing a high volume of calls (80+ daily) and follow-up activity
- Comfortable in a higher-volume, transactional sales environment
- Experience in a faster-paced sales environment with a shorter sales cycle (about 7–14 days)
- Previous remote work experience
What We Offer
- Generous starting compensation of $80,000
- $5,000 raises every six months for the first 24 months
- Regular raises tied to benchmarks and performance growth after that
- Top reps earn $150,000–$200,000
