Job Description:
JBA is seeking a Full Time dependable, multitasking, and organized Sales and Business Developer with the option for full desk Recruiting
We welcome all levels of experience for this full remote position.
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and must also be organized with the ability to prioritize. We are looking for a passionate, driven, growth-oriented professional who enjoys helping people.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred
• Work independently, exercise good judgment and initiative
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer skills including MS Suite, Google Suite and Zoom.
• All business development, sales, and recruiting training will be provided on an ongoing basis.
Essential Functions:
  1. Execute effective business development activities such as qualifying clients for your candidates
  2. Responsible for preparing the candidates for interview to prospective clients in need of resources for temporary, temp to hire or direct hire assistance
  3. Effectively prepare and create daily call plans
  4. Maintain accurate and current profiles of all current and targeted potential clients
  5. Negotiate hourly rates as well as checking the validity of employment such as visa and valid SSN for temp or temp to hire
  6. Reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the Client's hiring manager and asking insightful questions to help identify the right candidate
  7. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
  8. Presenting candidates in a personal, meaningful and knowledgeable format
  9. Continuous candidate contact; before, during and all after the interview/hiring process
  10. Establish and maintain positive rapport with all candidates, potential candidates, and clients' hiring manager
  11. Develop and leverage network of professional for future candidate submittals through social media or online conferences
