Pay Rate: Starting at $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a polished, highly organized, and executive-level Front Office Coordinator to support a leading organization in the Greenway Plaza area of Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, discretion, communication skills, and sound judgment while interacting with executive leadership, and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary front-office point of contact and represent the organization with professionalism and executive presence.

  • Welcome executives, VIP guests, and visitors in a polished and courteous manner.

  • Coordinate daily front-office operations while maintaining a high standard of service and organization.

  • Manage appointments, schedules, visitors, phone calls, messages, and administrative requests efficiently.

  • Coordinate communication between leadership, teams, and administrative departments.

  • Support meetings and executive-level activities, including scheduling, room coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up.

  • Handle confidential, executive, and organizational information with discretion.

  • Assist with registration, appointment coordination, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative processes as needed.

  • Anticipate administrative needs and proactively resolve issues to support efficient daily operations.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, correspondence, and administrative files.

  • Prioritize competing requests and time-sensitive tasks using strong independent judgment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Office, corporate, or professional services experience preferred.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
