Job description

Description

The Client Services Temp, Gift Giving will generate Gift Summary, FASB Liability, and State Reserve reports for Client Services (CS) clients and route them to Client Service Advisors for review. Once approved, they will save the reports in the appropriate client folders.


They will review reports submitted by institutional clients to ensure consistency with prior-year submissions and forward them to the CS Assistant for upload to the Milliman portal.


The employee will maintain accurate tracking of all assigned work using the Hive productivity tool and participate in all meetings related to Hive processes and updates.


Key Responsibilities:

Run GiftWrap Reports 75%

  • Using GiftWrap, run Gift Summary, FASB liability and State Reserve Reports 
  • Save reports to appropriate folders 
  • Review institutional client reports for consistency with the previous year's filing 
  • Submit completed reports to Jahvari for distribution 

Track activity 20%

  • Track ResVal activity in Hive 
  • Use the Hive assignment feature to assign reports for review to Client Service Advisors 

Attend staff meetings and ad hoc meetings regarding ResVal 5%

  • Report on the status of ResVal at the weekly CS Staff Meeting  

Requirements

  • Must be able to reliably commute to the Cambridge, MA office
  • Must be able to work 15 hours a week, for 6 weeks
