Location: Newport, NC
Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour
Position: Part-Time | Approximately 15 Hours Per Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Morning Hours
Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 90 days
Cancellation Pay: 50% pay for eligible last-minute client cancellations

Thrive Hive ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an established client in the Newport, NC area. This position offers approximately 15 consistent hours per week with a weekday afternoon schedule 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
At Thrive Hive ABA, we believe great ABA starts with supporting the people providing it. You'll work closely with your supervising BCBA, receive ongoing clinical support, and be part of a team where your work is valued.
WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide one-on-one ABA services in the client's home
• Implement individualized treatment programs developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect behavioral and skill-acquisition data
• Complete accurate and timely session documentation
• Communicate with caregivers and your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training
• Maintain professional and ethical standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to consistently work weekday morning hours in Newport
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and committed to the families you serve
• Previous experience working with children with autism preferred
