Temporary Front Desk Receptionist

Oxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for a short-term onsite assignment. This role is expected to last approximately 1 month and is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable being the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk experience
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate contact
  • Escort visitors to meeting rooms for scheduled appointments
  • Assist with basic administrative support as needed
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Use Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, to support office tasks
Qualifications
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
