We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Seasonal Office Assistant to join our team for the month of July. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role that involves a mix of administrative work and direct interaction with the public. During peak periods (fair week), hours and days may vary based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organizing paperwork)
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Assist with computer-based tasks and basic Microsoft Office functions
  • Support team members while also working independently when needed
