Contact Center Representative


We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing inquiries related to banking, financial products, and account information. Your expertise will help ensure client satisfaction, uphold industry compliance standards, and support the overall efficiency of our contact center operations. This is a temp to hire contract with a pay rate of $25-30 per hour; in office Monday through Friday.


Duties
