As a runner, you will deliver dishes to guests promptly and efficiently, using their proper names. Assist with the expedition of food when an expediting chef or manager is not in the window.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.
Restocks service stations, polishes and restocks flatware and plateware.
Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently using their proper name upon delivery.
Assist with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.
Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
