Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety.
- Prepare and oversee sterile and/or non-sterile compounded medications.
- Perform final product verification prior to dispensing.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians throughout the compounding process.
- Maintain accurate compounding records and quality assurance documentation.
- Collaborate with prescribers on customized medication therapies and formulation recommendations.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence.
- Assist with inventory management and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Compounding experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $61.00 - $66.00/hr.
