Job description

Hexcel is currently seeking an IT SOX Senior Analyst for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Globally monitor and ensure compliance with SOX regulations within the IT domain.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support IT controls to mitigate risks.
  • Develop control test plans and manage the collection and organization of control execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of compliance processes and frameworks.
  • Work with internal and external auditors through the year to manage audit control reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
  • Proven experience in IT controls, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligible candidates must be a:  U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
