This position offers the opportunity to provide practical advice, support clients through employment-related disputes, and work closely with experienced attorneys and staff across a broad range of practice areas. Our attorneys provide consultation and litigation services to employers and individuals. We are client-centered and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional legal services and strong client relationships. Candidates who offer sound judgment, creative solutions, and clear communication will find meaningful work and strong professional support at our firm.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to assist with employment counseling, workplace policies, administrative matters, litigation support, discovery, hearings, client communication, and related employment-law matters. The role also provides opportunities to collaborate and cross-market with attorneys in other practice areas. We have established resources to support professional growth and development. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for experienced associate attorneys ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on experience. Bonuses are offered based on objective and subjective criteria.
