Job description

At Hasbro, we're looking for an outstanding Investor Relations Sr Manager to join our dynamic team in Boston, MA. This role offers a rare chance to build and implement Hasbro's capital markets communications strategy. You will collaborate with high-level management across the company and the investment community to clearly communicate our financial results and strategic vision.  As an IR Sr Manager at Hasbro, you will play a meaningful role in crafting and delivering our world-class investor communications strategy.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday -Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.

What You Will do as an Investor Relations Senior Manager:

As an IR Sr Manager at Hasbro, you will play a meaningful role in crafting and delivering our world-class investor communications strategy. Collaborate closely with the VP of Investor Relations to ensure our equity story is compelling and aligns with our strategic vision. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Drafting and managing earnings press releases, prepared remarks, supplemental materials, investor presentations, and Q&A details for quarterly earnings cycles.
  • Supporting the preparation of the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders for investor-facing engagements, including earnings calls, fireside chats, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Delivering clear financial narratives that connect operational performance with Hasbro's long-term value creation roadmap.

Investor & Analyst Engagement

  • Act as a liaison for buy-side and sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and shareholders. Your duties will encompass:
  • Planning and accomplishing Hasbro's participation in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and Investor Day events.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective institutional shareholders.
  • Managing inbound investor inquiries with accuracy.

Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence

Your analytical skills will be essential in monitoring and synthesizing consensus estimates, sell-side models, and investor sentiment.

  • Surface insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Track peer, competitor, and sector-level financial and valuation trends to inform IR strategy and executive decision-making.
  • Governance, Compliance & Collaborator Support
  • Partner with Legal and the Corporate Secretary on proxy season preparation, shareholder engagement on governance matters, and ESG-related disclosures. You will also:
  • Maintain the investor relations section of the corporate website and ensure timely filing of required disclosures.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research (sell-side or buy-side), investment banking, corporate finance, or a closely related capital markets field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial statement analysis and capital markets dynamics.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and translating complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives for sophisticated external audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and IR platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, Nasdaq IR Insight).
  • Prior experience covering or working within consumer products, entertainment, media, or gaming sectors is a plus.
  • Existing relationships within the institutional investment community are a plus.
