Relate Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) to join our growing outpatient team. This role, focused entirely on telehealth services, allows you to engage with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. Work Environment

This full-time position operates in a telehealth setting, allowing you to offer services from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients who may not have access to traditional in-office appointments. Our flexible operating hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, create an ideal work-life balance, making it possible to adjust your schedule to meet diverse client needs while maintaining your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality individual and group therapy to clients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
  • Document clinical notes and treatment plans accurately and promptly in accordance with agency policies, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Manage a consistent weekly caseload, balancing flexibility for client needs as well as your own scheduling priorities to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development sessions, contributing to case discussions that enhance team efficacy and client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Qualifications
  • Must have active registration as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) within California, with demonstrated commitment to maintaining licensure and relevant professional development.
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a masterโ€™s degree is preferred while working towards full licensure.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to maintain effective client relationships and manage documentation efficiently.
  • A collaborative mindset, prepared to work within a team-oriented outpatient framework that emphasizes joint decision-making and shared goals for client care.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, with direct experience in providing therapeutic services through telehealth.
