Small office with a family like atmosphere.

Front Office Duties Include-

Answering telephones

Scheduling appointments

Taking Phone Messages

Patient Call backs

Telehealth administration

Referrals and Prior Authorizations

Fax inbox

Verifying Insurance

Checking in Patients

Scanning in Patient Documents

Medical Records

If candidate is also a medical Assistant, there will be float coverage in the back office.

Candidate Requirements -

Candidate must be FULLY vaccinated for Covid 19.

MUST have a bubbly personality. Think Disney!
MUST have Medical Office Experience
Electronic Medical Records Experience - Eclinicalworks a plus!
1 yr or more relevant experience required.
Great Computer skills
Knowledge of basic office equipment

This position requires a candidate who is personable, has great phone skills, has great critical thinking skills, is able to multi task, is organized, is a self starter, is able to handle multiple responsibilities, is great with pediatric patients, is computer literate, and has a great personality.
