Job description

Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $62hr - $67hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce.com development experience including coding, implementation, administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and OmniStudio/Vlocity.
  • Strong experience working with Agentforce.
  • Experience in Health Cloud implementations.
  • Hands-on OmniStudio experience in at least 5 projects or one project with more than 10 months of experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, APIs, and web services.
  • Experience with SOQL, Apex Triggers, JavaScript, Aura framework, and Salesforce Lightning architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, coding best practices, and Apex limitations.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Eclipse IDE, or ANT migration tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration including users, profiles, roles, and security setup.
  • Platform Developer I and App Builder certifications are required.

Experience:

  • Experience developing enterprise applications using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and OmniStudio.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with SOAP, REST, WSDL, SSL, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
  • Experience with workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
  • Experience using ETL and integration tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, or MuleSoft is highly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, database schemas, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with production deployments and troubleshooting deployment issues.
  • Experience working in healthcare payer environments is preferred.
  • Experience with Data 360 is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Flosum or similar DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Java or .NET technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and OmniStudio.
  • Develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop and optimize SOQL queries, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for knowledge transfer and project coordination.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Follow best practices for coding, security, scalability, and Salesforce governance.
  • Support deployment activities using Change Sets, ANT migration tools, or other deployment solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver project objectives.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
