We are looking for Sr. Cyber Security Engineer - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Washington DC.

Job Title: Sr. Cyber Security Engineer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: Washington DC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $74.54hr - $79.54hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years relevant IT security experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security solutions.
  • Administer security technology systems.
  • Assist in the development of implementation and deployment plans.
  • Perform activities related to SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) including customization and configuration.
  • Assist in day-to-day activities related to SailPoint IIQ.
  • Provide documentation of all steps followed during the implementation.

Nice to Have:

  • Ability to perform risk assessments and investigate cyber security incidents.
  • Ability to understand vulnerabilities at a technical level.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software, networks, data centers, systems, and cyber security related issues.
  • Proficient in ethical hacking techniques.
  • Strong critical thinking ability and investigative/problem solving skills.

Skills:

  • Expertise in customizing SailPoint IIQ LCM provisioning workflow.
  • Experience in integrating and managing various resource adapters/connectors.
  • Expertise in setting up SailPoint IIQ custom tasks and reports.

Education and Experience:

  • CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional Upon Hire Required.
  • CISM - Certified Information Security Manager Upon Hire Required.
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Upon Hire Required.
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Upon Hire Required.
