Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our telecommunications operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, preparing materials for field technicians, and ensuring the efficient flow of equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of telecom materials and equipment
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for field technicians and job sites
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems
  • Track and organize telecom equipment such as fiber cables, connectors, tools, and hardware
  • Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts or other equipment (if certified)
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
  • Coordinate with procurement and field teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Label, store, and manage returns or damaged goods appropriately
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience (telecom industry preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of telecom materials (fiber, coax, hardware) is a plus
  • Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred (certification a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license preferred
