Job Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level telecommunications migration focusing on cloud-based voice systems.
  • Proficiency in Mitel PBX administration including complex call routing, hunt groups, and system configuration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone architecture including Direct Routing, Auto Attendants, and Call Queues.
  • Experience with AudioCodes analog gateways and high-availability voice gateway maintenance.
  • Experience with Avaya platforms and integrating multi-vendor telephony environments.
  • Experience with AI-assisted platforms like ChatGPT or Copilot and advanced Excel for large-scale inventory validation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating complex cutover activities with diverse stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical migration of telephone services from legacy Mitel PBX to Microsoft Teams Phone and Avaya platforms.
  • Configure and deploy AudioCodes voice gateways to maintain connectivity during enterprise-wide system transitions.
  • Troubleshoot advanced VoIP and SIP signaling issues to ensure stable communication across the global estate.
