Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a Senior Director for FP&A Systems to lead IT initiatives for a semiconductor manufacturing client. This role involves executing the enterprise FP&A systems strategy, driving modernization, and ensuring operational excellence across global technology ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the enterprise FP&A systems strategy.
• Define multi-year roadmaps supporting AOP, LRP, executive decision-making, and global finance transformation.
• Lead a "GenAI-first " approach to modernize planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Prioritize use cases (predictive forecasting, scenario modeling, automated narratives) and partner with data science teams to productionize AI solutions with robust governance and explainability.
• Drive the evolution of the finance stack—including OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP integrations—to enable real-time, data-driven insights.
• Deliver large-scale, high-impact transformations.
• Track ROI, quantify value, and provide clear executive reporting on project health, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain a global technology ecosystem with high standards for reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Establish best practices, operating rhythms, and governance models to improve delivery quality and execution maturity.
• Lead global teams and manage vendor strategy, contracts, and budgets (OpEx/CapEx), optimizing total cost of ownership while mitigating risk.
• Partner closely with IT, PMO, Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Legal to deliver integrated, compliant enterprise solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–15 years in IT or enterprise applications, with significant depth in FP&A systems and finance processes.
• Semiconductor experience supporting global Finance organizations is required.
• Proven success building and leading high-performing global teams and delivering complex, end-to-end programs.
• Practical experience applying GenAI (LLMs, transformers) to enterprise/finance workflows and understanding of AI governance and responsible practices.
• Strong proficiency with finance applications and ERPs.
• Knowledge of integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and AI extensions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology.
• Results-driven, high-energy, and comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity.
• Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a commitment to driving best-practice processes.

• Hands-on experience with OneStream
