Position Overview

Compensation: $65K - $100K (commensurate on experience)

Delta Electronics is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Junior Account Manager to support strategic customer initiatives within the Verizon account environment. This role is designed as a development opportunity, partnering closely with senior leadership and an established account leader with deep Verizon customer relationships and industry expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional, MBA graduate, inside sales representative, or customer-facing business professional looking to transition into enterprise account management and outside sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Support account management activities for strategic Verizon customer initiatives and programs.
  • Partner closely with senior account leadership to learn customer operations, relationship management, and sales strategy execution within the Verizon ecosystem.
  • Assist with customer communications, meeting coordination, reporting, account updates, and follow-up activities.
  • Help identify opportunities to support revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Sales, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and onsite engagement activities as needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of telecommunications, infrastructure, connectivity, and customer solution environments.
  • Support pipeline tracking, CRM updates, forecasting activities, and account documentation.
  • Travel up to 50% to support customer engagement activities primarily within the New York / New Jersey market.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Approximately 2+ years of professional experience within sales, business development, inside sales, account coordination, customer operations, or related commercial environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with polished professional presence.
  • Demonstrated interest in customer-facing account management or outside sales career progression.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50% as business needs require.

Pay Range
USD $65,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, or enterprise customer environments preferred.
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience within inside sales, customer success, sales operations, or account support environments is highly valued.
