Apex Site Solutions is a wireless Telecommunications contractor based in Elk Grove, CA. We service all of California as well as Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. Our mission is to transform lives by providing growth and development opportunities that empower our Tribe. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who oversees projects. Interface with clients and management daily as to the status of projects. Ensure workflow is being achieved and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion. Provide management direction, supervision, and leadership for the Project Team. Ensure the successful completion of all project deliverables and contract compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction, civil, or telecommunications project management
  • Experience managing multiple team members at the same time
  • Experience managing five or more projects at the same time
  • Experience in internal and external resource scheduling
  • Experience with performance reviews of direct reports
  • One of the PMI certifications (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers, foremen, and construction managers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with all construction projects
  • Communicate with Key stakeholders/estimating to determine project requirements and objectives
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of the contract specifications
  • Monitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget
  • Manage all project activities, including site acquisition, due diligence, zoning, pre-construction services, architectural and engineering services, permitting, utility coordination, material ordering, construction management, and closeout packages
  • Establish, manage, and control budget
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, debriefs, progress reports, or cost-tracking reports
  • Creates bill of materials and examines estimates of material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Create and maintain strong client relations and communication
  • Builds relationships with field employees to enhance their career path success
  • Lead Succession planning for stream-aligned teams

COMPENSATION:
  • Salary: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00
